I now accept credit cards or Paypal. I send out same or next day to all US states, PO boxes, and FPO/APO addresses. See add for shipping rates. Expedited is USPS Priority and Media Mail for "standard." Media mail has an average of 5-13 day delivery, Priority seems to average 3-4 days. Ask me if you need Priority and don't see it offered.
